Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
“CharityLaunchPad”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the service that assists eligible UK charities and non-profits with Google Ad Grants applications.
2. What we do
We supply digital marketing services and solutions including guiding charities through ad account setups, Google Ad grant applications and other information required by Google and manage the application process on your behalf.
3. Deposit & Refund Policy
- A refundable deposit is payable to begin the application process.
- Full refund if not approved: If your organisation is not approved by Google, we will refund your deposit in full provided that all of the following are true:
- You supplied all requested information and documentation accurately and in a timely manner; and
- You did not submit your own application to Google while we were engaged; and
- The non-approval was not caused by missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or ineligible information that you were responsible for providing.
- No refund if you: (a) apply yourself during our engagement; (b) fail to provide information we reasonably request; (c) introduce undue delays; or (d) the refusal is due to your organisation’s ineligibility under Google’s rules.
- If your application is approved, the deposit is retained as payment for the work undertaken.
This model means we take on most of the risk: if Google does not approve for reasons outside your control and you have cooperated as above, you are not out of pocket.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete information we request and respond promptly to our queries.
- Do not submit an application yourself while we are engaged.
- Ensure you have the authority to act for your organisation.
5. No guarantee & Google’s discretion
Approval is determined solely by Google. We cannot guarantee an approval outcome or timelines.
6. Fees
The deposit covers the work we undertake to prepare and submit your application. If approved, the deposit is our fee. If not approved and you met the refund conditions, we refund the deposit.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the services is limited to the amount of the deposit paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or business interruption.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page and applies from the “Last updated” date above.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
